Our Delivery Partner

All parcels will be sent with DPD Courier service on a next day delivery service.

DPD will provide you with a one-hour delivery window so you don’t have to wait in all day for your parcel.

All deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery, if there is no one present to sign for your parcel, you will be left a calling card from your DPD driver.

When DPD deliver to you:

  •  You are given a one-hour delivery window
  •  You are notified of this by text or email
  •  If the delivery date is not convenient, you can use the text or email to change it.
  • You can select, to ‘leave with a neighbour’ ‘leave in a safe place’ or ‘pick up from local DPD depot’.

Call DPD on 0121 275 0500 to re-schedule your delivery.

It is your responsibility to contact DPD to re-schedule your delivery for a convenient day when there will be somebody available to sign for your parcel.
After two delivery attempts without a signature, the parcel will be returned to us. It can be dispatched again at an extra cost to yourself.
You will be sent your tracking number via email/text confirmation upon the dispatch of your order.

Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery details on your order, we can only send orders to the address that you have provided us with. Once you have placed your order we cannot change any delivery details.

Macro Meals UK do not take responsibility for non-delivered parcels. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged it is your responsibility to contact DPD and file a claim for reimbursement. You can file a claim online or by phone.
