How accurate are the macros on my meals?

A.

At macro meals we weigh your food using scales, sometimes there may be a slight 5% variance over/under due to extra sauce/seasoning or vegetables. Please get in touch with the team if you wish to discuss your macros.

Important Delivery Info

A.

Please MAKE sure you are in to sign for your parcel. Macro Meals UK LTD DO NOT take responsibility for non-delivered parcels.

You will receive a text message from DPD when your parcel is expected to arrive, you will also be given the option to change your delivery if needed. Options available to you if you are not in are:

  • Leave in a designated safe place
  • Leave with a neighbor
  • Collect from your local DPD collection Depot

Please call DPD on 0121 275 0500 to track your parcel.

Who cooks my meals?

A.

Our Macro team is fully qualified and we are proud to boast that we operate out of a 5-star kitchen.

James is our Kitchen Manager and he runs the day to day operations inside our kitchen, he leads an experienced team of 3.

When do you deliver?

A.

We cook and prepare all UK Orders on Monday to Friday.

These meals are delivered to your door via next day delivery courier service from Tuesday to Friday.

How much is delivery?

A.

UK Weekday Next Day deliveries are FREE.

How long do my fish dishes last?

A.

3-4 days, fish does not last as long as our other dishes. Please ensure you don't leave your fish dish last.

We use only the best quality products, sourced and fully traceable from our trusted suppliers.

Can I freeze my meals?

You can freeze your meals, however, we recommend a maximum time of 2 months.

Can my meals be eaten cold?

Yes, however we recommend you eat them hot.
Please reheat in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.

Do my meals arrive fresh or frozen?

Your meals always arrive fresh!

How Long do my meals last?

A.

4-5 Days after delivery when refrigerated, please ensure your fridge is set to the appropriate temperature.

Simply re-order with existing or new choices online. You can always give us a ring or drop the team an email with your enquiry.

Can I collect my order / meals?

Yes. Just let us know the date & time when you want to collect and we will make sure we are around for collection.
